The building is located on Castle Drive directly opposite Castle Garden City Park. It has an annex on Union Drive West. Though unnamed in-game, the building is described as "red" in the game's files.[1]
Influence
The main building is based on 20 River Terrace and the annex is based on Gateway Plaza, both in Battery Park City, New York City.[1]
