This page documents the Official GTA Wiki Manual of Style on body content.
Formatting
Articles are generally divided into sections, each titled with a heading or subheading (see MOS:HEAD). Any content after the lead section and before the navigation section is considered body content and must adhere to a set of general guidelines as well as any defined in the specific article layout.
Section headings
Images and galleries
With the exception of the infobox, images and galleries must only be placed in:
- Gallery sections (see MOS:GALLERY)
- Tables (see MOS:TABLE)
- Main body text (not recommended, see MOS:SUPIMAGE)
Images and galleries should not be placed in or immediately below:
- Navigation boxes (except icons, see MOS:NAV)
- Main quote (pre-lead section, see MOS:MAINQUOTE)
- Above or below lists (see MOS:LIST)
To prevent overlap or large amounts of empty space where an article has an infobox, images or galleries should only be placed at least one section after the lead section (for example, within a "Gallery" section immediately following the "Description" section).
Paragraphs
References
References should only be included in main body sections. Do not add reference content to infoboxes or lead sections.
