The Mod Scooter is the first motorcycle scooter to be featured in the franchise. It is probably based upon the iconic Piaggio Vespa, although it could be a smaller model of Lambretta, which was also popular with Mods.
Performance
Grand Theft Auto: London
As a motorbike, the Mod Scooter's weight is only half that of a standard car. Being a low-powered vehicle, however, the Mod Scooter's performance is not even comparable to that of the game's Bike, and is effectively the slowest vehicle in both games, even more so than the Wheelchair; even its speed in reverse is the slowest. It also lags behind in terms of other traits, featuring poor brakes, grip and handling. It also possess a very low base export value of £100 in mint condition.
