Customs Fast Track is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to protagonist Carl Johnson by Varrios Los Aztecas leader Cesar Vialpando from the gas station/garage in Doherty, San Fierro, San Andreas.
Mission
Cesar is told that another car on their wish list, a Jester, is being loaded onto a container at a ship down at the docks at Easter Basin; his contact has marked the container. Both Carl and Cesar head for the docks to go see it.
Once there, however, Carl learns that there are three freight containers on the ship, none of which are marked. Using the dock crane, Carl lifts the containers down to the dock, one by one, while Cesar cracks open each of them (The first two containers dropped contain a Club and a Perennial). Carl then lifts the last container down to the dock, where Cesar finds the desired car inside.
Once the car has been found, security appears. Carl kills three waves of security, and takes Cesar and the car back to the garage.
Mission Objectives
In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Get in the car with Cesar.
- Drive to the docks.
- Get in the crane.
- Pick up a container with the crane.
- Move the container into position by moving the crane.
- Pick up the other container with the crane.
- Place the container in position.
- Pick up the other container with the crane.
- Place the container in position.
- Take out the guards and protect Cesar.
- Get in the car with Cesar.
- Take Cesar and the car back to your garage.
Reward
The rewards for this mission are increased respect and cash. The cash reward will depend on the condition of the Jester, with the maximum amount being $10,000 if successfully delivered undamaged. The mission Puncture Wounds is unlocked, as is the Exports and Imports side mission. A Savanna will now spawn on the second floor of the Wang Cars showroom.

CJ finds something stuck in the manifold.
Cesar is discontented, saying he has just changed the seal.
And says there must have been a crimp in the manifold.
Kendl arrives and tells Cesar his guy has arrived
Cesar says it isn't his guy.
Cesar goes to talk to him.
Meanwhile, Kendl discusses with CJ about their life here being different from back at Grove Street.
CJ says he can't forget the situation back home.
Kendl asks CJ what they're going to do about Sweet.
CJ replies that the situation is difficult and that it might be better to let it play out for a little longer.
Kendl agrees but tells CJ to be careful as they don't want to lose him like before.
CJ concurs.
Cesar finishes talking with the contact and wants to tell CJ something.
He says he knows a guy who handles freight containers at the docks.
And that the guy saw one of the containers loading up cars.
And that one of the cars is on the wish list.
The guy marked the required container with spray paint, but the ship is being loaded and will leave the next day.
CJ tells him they'll check it out.
CJ and Cesar get in Cesar's car.

Cesar asks CJ how they will steal a car from the container ship.
CJ says they will use the crane with which the containers were loaded onto the ship in the first place.
Cesar says he can't use the crane as he is afraid of heights.
CJ says he will use the crane and tells him to check the containers.
CJ must get in the crane.
Cesar finds the ship.
CJ says he will control the crane and tells Cesar to wait.
Cesar tells CJ to do it quickly.
CJ finds out there is no container marked with spray paint.
Cesar says they will have to try one container at a time.
CJ must pick up a container with the crane.
After picking it up, he must move the container to the marked position.
He places the container in the correct position.
Cesar finds out it is not the car.
CJ must pick up a second container.
He must place the container in position.
He places the second container.
Cesar again finds out it is not the required car.
CJ must pick up the last container.
He must place the container in position.
He places the last container.
Cesar finally gets the required car.
The security guards arrive to stop them.
The guards attempt to kill them.
CJ and Cesar kill the guards.
More guards arrive and CJ kills them.
The remaining guards arrive.
CJ kills them.
After taking out the guards, Cesar tells CJ they must steal the car and leave.
CJ gets in the car.
CJ must take the car back to the garage.
While returning, CJ says there must be an easier way of earning a living.
Cesar agrees but asks CJ what other things he is qualified for.
CJ concurs.
They arrive at the garage.
They park the car in the garage.
Exports and Imports unlocked.
Vehicles wanted for export are listed on the wanted board at Easter Basin.
Wanted vehicles must be delivered to the ship.
Vehicles can also be imported on certain days.
Mission passed!

Trivia
- This mission along with the other missions for the Wang Cars mission strand are not required to complete the main story, but they are required for 100% Completion.
- The guy that comes at the beginning of the cutscene has a unique model, unlike most of the minor characters. He is actually a beta member of the Grove Street Families.
- Even if the player has already finished the main storyline missions (or at least the mission Home Coming), Kendl will still have the same dialogue regarding Sweet being in prison. So, canonically, this mission happens before Sweet is released from jail.
- Cesar says the ship at the docks in Easter Basin will move out, despite the ship being a static object.
- The Jester will usually be in the final container the player removes from the ship. On extremely rare occasions, it will be in the second or even the first container.[ref?ref?This fact is likely to be disputed and needs a source for confirmation.]
- Unlike other vehicles stolen for the Wang Cars asset, the Jester will not appear in the showroom, with a Savanna appearing instead.
- The Club, Perennial, and Jester, which were uncovered from the shipping containers during the mission, would later be available for purchase as basic importable vehicles on the import board.
- If the mission is failed by dropping a car from too high, Cesar flees in the player's vehicle. If the vehicle is a bike, it gets double traction (~ handling) and if the back tire has been popped beforehand, Cesar falls off and it can be obtained. This property is lost when parking the vehicle inside a garage. but is kept if it is repaired at a Pay'n'Spray as seen in this video.
- The security guards reuse the same Madd Dogg's bodyguards models seen in Madd Dogg's Rhymes, Management Issues and Mike Toreno's bodyguards in Toreno's Last Flight. They are also voiced by the same voice actor who voiced the regular security guards.
- It is not possible to obtain the maximum reward for this mission, as the damage dealt to the Jester by the bullets is not negated even by using a Pay'n'Spray.
