Gal, along with Sunny and Hazer, is a high-ranking member of Varrios Los Aztecas.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
In the mission Los Desperados, Cesar Vialpando reaches out to Carl Johnson to request his assistance in reassembling and restoring the strength of the Varrios Los Aztecas following a period of decline. In response to this call for support, CJ accompanies Cesar to Unity Station, where they encounter three veteran members of the gang; Gal, Hazer, and Sunny, who represent some of the remaining loyal affiliates of the gang. During this meeting, Gal directly addresses CJ and clarifies the group’s stance toward him, emphasizing that their acceptance of CJ is contingent upon Cesar's trust and approval; in other words, as long as Cesar maintains confidence in CJ and regards him as an ally, the Azteca members are likewise willing to acknowledge and cooperate with him.
Armed with a Tec-9, Gal takes part in the assault against waves of Los Santos Vagos gang members who are defending the El Corona territory. During the ensuing firefight, Hazer sustains an injury, prompting Gal to check on him and remark that he should receive medical attention at a hospital. In response, CJ offers to personally transport Hazer for treatment; however, Cesar expresses his appreciation for the offer and assures CJ that he and the other Aztecas will take responsibility for Hazer from that point onward.

Like Hazer and Sunny, Gal does not have a unique character model, simply appearing with a generic Varrios Los Aztecas model.
