Background
Larry is a motor officer for the Las Venturas Police Department as of 1992.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Larry makes his only appearance during the mission Cop Wheels, having a conversation (inaudible to the player) with an unnamed fellow officer in front of the Las Venturas Police Headquarters.
During the mission, Carl Johnson steals Larry's HPV1000 for a planned heist at the Caligula's Palace. Larry's fate is determined by the player and has no impact on the storyline.

- Larry is one of the few mission characters in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas whose name is only revealed through unused dialogue, the others being Jordan in the same mission and Marco Forelli in Saint Mark's Bistro.
