History
Background
Madison is a paparazzi photographer competing with Beverly Felton and posts a taunt on Beverly's Lifeinvader wall. He has a unique character model u_m_y_paparazzi that is almost identical to one of the models used for generic paparazzi NPCs.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V
Madison is only seen on the back of a PCJ 600 with his associate chasing Miranda Cowan, who is taking drugs inside her Stretch. Beverly knocks Madison off his bike with Franklin Clinton's help.
If the player chooses so, Franklin can also do a drive-by to kill him, which led to Beverly berating Franklin but the mission will progress as normal. His death is most likely not canon, as the Gold Medal Objective is for Beverly to just knock him off his bike on the first attempt.
