Background

Phyllis appears on posters in GTA IV and on Huang Lee's safehouse's whiteboards in GTA Chinatown Wars. The posters can be found in strip clubs as well as the Hove Beach sex shop in Broker.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Phyllis' husband, Giorgio, suspects her of cheating with other men. Giorgio has Huang put a bug on her car to track her, after which it is discovered that she is a prostitute. Despite this, Giorgio complains that he hasn't had sex in three months, and after kicking a man out of her car, pays her $20 for sex.
