Pingu appears as one of the many interactive dealers to be encountered by Huang Lee after being introduced to the drug dealing system in Tricks of the Triad. Pingu's drug dealing spot is located in Middle Park East.

Throughout the game, Pingu and other drug dealers send e-mails to Huang Lee regarding special deals when selling and buying drugs.

Pingu shares his character appearance, dialogue and e-mail messages with all other drug dealers with no gang affiliation. In the original Nintendo DS release, all drug dealers lack unique appearances, appearing offscreen during the deals.
