Background
Charlie is a member of the The Crisps' London Mob and a close associate of Harold Cartwright and The Crisps' Contact.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1969
After the GTA London Protagonist returns to London in 1969 after doing an unknown job for the Crisp Twins in the United States, they are told that the Battersea Mods street gang are hassling the Crisp Twins.
The protagonist is contacted by one of the Crisp Twins' contacts to go to the red telephone boxes in southwest City to get information on the Battersea Mods from Pretty Charlie.
Charlie gives jobs to the protagonist, including retrieving Harold's stolen drugs which he wants to use to lure the Mods, disrupting one of the Mods drug deals on the rooftop of a building in Westminster and stealing their Mod Scooter, helping the Mob win a bet on a football game, and killing the Noles Brothers for stealing drugs and money from the Mob.
