Background
Agent Kappa is an assassin of the Zaibatsu Corporation.
Events of Grand Theft Auto 2
After destroying generators at the Power Core and rescuing a group of Kovski gangsters from Zaibatsu, Claude Speed is attacked by the corporation's agents: Kappa, Epsilon and Alpha. Claude murders all assassins on orders of Jerkov, leader of the Kovski Bratva.
