Compound Interest is a Mr. Faber Work mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Money Fronts update.
Description
After accepting the mission, Raf will send the location of the residence of a thief known as Skinny, who has managed to steal diamonds from the vault at The Diamond Casino & Resort. The casino owner Thornton Duggan is a client of Mr. Faber, who doesn't know about the robbery of a million dollars worth of diamonds.
Raf suggests they retrieve the stolen diamonds from Skinny before Mr. Faber finds out. The Los Santos Triads heard about the robbery and identified Skinny as the one responsible, thus the player is sent to find Skinny before the Triads do.
Arriving at Skinny's house, they find the Triads trying to break into his house. The player must kill all Triads outside and enter Skinny's house, who is hiding inside. After finding him, Skinny agrees to give away the stolen diamonds as they are bringing a lot of heat on him. Following Skinny outside the house, he guides the player to a compound under the Olympic Freeway, where he has stashed the diamonds in a biometrics-secured box inside a container.
Upon reaching the compound, the Triads ambush Skinny. The player must kill the waves of Triad gangsters while Skinny is opening the container. After Skinny opens the box, the player must deliver the diamonds to a security guard at the casino to receive payment.

A cutting saw can be found around the compound, which can be used to open the containers in the compound and find extra loot.
