Fleeca (pronounced "FLEE-sah") is a banking and credit card company in the HD Universe of the Grand Theft Auto series.
Description
Fleeca was first introduced in Grand Theft Auto IV as a credit card and loan company. The company would receive an expanded presence in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online as a prominent chain of banks. The company was founded either in 1899 as indicated by a plaque found in Grand Theft Auto V, or 1913 as implied by advertisements in Grand Theft Auto IV mentioning that 2013 is the 100th anniversary of the company.
Grand Theft Auto IV
Fleeca has four radio ads which include its slogan "Fleeca, it's time to start paying". On the Public Liberty Radio program The Séance, a guest on the show gives her Fleeca card number over the air, whereupon the host, Beatrix Fontaine, says that her card will be "very secure". Fleeca credit cards are accepted at TW@ internet cafes and in many other stores in Liberty City. The company has a head office and several stores in Algonquin.
During Club Management, Luis Lopez has to pick up famous actor Bruce Spade from Northwood and take him to Maisonette 9 by helicopter. Bruce tells Luis he was in town to shoot a Fleeca commercial with a brilliant young director.
Russian players who pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto IV received a Niko Bellic Fleeca card with his name, serial no., length of validity and date of commission.[1]
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
Though there are no ads on the radio stations of the game, Fleeca ads can be seen throughout the city, with the same image as in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Grand Theft Auto V
In Grand Theft Auto V, along with offering credit cards, Fleeca now operates a series of physical banks named Fleeca Bank around San Andreas. These banks are accessible, but no cashiers or employees appear inside. The banks are not featured in any missions and the vaults cannot be opened. Its in-game website is www.fleeca.com. The player can also buy stocks from them on the Lcn-exchange.com website. Any money the player picks up takes the form of a stack of $100 bills wrapped in a Fleeca bank strap.
One of The Three Bankers that Franklin picks up in the mission Private Taxi Fare "Clown Car" for the Downtown Cab Co works in the Fleeca Bank on Hawick Avenue.
Grand Theft Auto Online
In Grand Theft Auto Online, the Fleeca Bank branch on the Great Ocean Highway is the main target during the Fleeca Job heist. Lester says that this branch is a good target because it has got some bonds guarded in deposit boxes that are being hidden from the taxman, which no one will report missing. Moreover, there is light security at this branch. The crew first scope the bank to take as much information as they can, steal an Armored Kuruma to assist in the getaway, and then the crew steals the deposit box 167 in the finale.
Fleeca Banks around the map can be randomly selected as locations that The Professionals can rob during Robbery in Progress. During these missions, Professionals can be seen on the security cameras holding up the bank, with some members providing crowd control in the lobby and another shooting a security guard in the vault.
Fleeca once more becomes the subject of multiple robberies. An Armenian client puts out a contract through KDJ to commit rob all six accessible franchises located throughout Los Santos and Blaine County during The Bank Contract as a result of being wrongfully dismissed from Fleeca. Using stolen thermal charges and signal jammers provided by the client, the GTA Online Protagonist robs all six franchises, stealing marked bills from the vault, before evading the police and delivering them to the client.
It is possible to glitch into the Fleeca banks using the phone glitch and standing in a certain place. There is a safe, although the player cannot open it with explosives, melee weapons or bullets, and the door behind the counter is locked so it's not possible to get into that area.
Grand Theft Auto VI

In Grand Theft Auto VI, while no physical bank locations have been seen in the State of Leonida, several storefronts seen in the game's September 2022 leaks, as well as the first trailer, had advertising according to which they accept Fleeca credit cards. Also seen in the September 2022 leaks is Fleeca Field, the football stadium occupied by the Vice City Mambas that Fleeca appears to hold the naming rights for.[2][3]
Influence
Fleeca appears to be based on Visa, though the logo bears similarities with the e-commerce company Neteller. The name Fleeca comes from "fleecer", which denotes a person that cons or tricks people out of money.
