Civil Disturbance is a Dispatch Work mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Agents of Sabotage update.
Description
After requesting the Dispatch Work, officer Vincent Effenburger will send the details about drug dealers operating out of an in-business Taco Van who cut in members of the LSPD to look the other way.

Once found, the player is tasked with disrupting the operation, confiscating the Taco Van full of drugs, and returning it to Vincent's lockup in Downtown Vinewood. While transporting the Taco Van, the drug dealers will attempt to pursuit and attack in Rebels and Everons.
Once the lockup is reached, the player turns in the confiscated van to Jorge and the mission is complete.
