Like other melee weapons in the game, the Meat Cleaver can damage cars and people, leaving the victim bleeding, with a trail of blood dropping on the ground.
Befitting its low price point, it is the worst performing bladed weapon, with lower range than the Machete and lower speed than the Knife, but inflicting equal damage.
