The FIB Interrogator is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the A Safehouse in the Hills update.
Background
He is an unnamed Federal Investigation Bureau agent in Los Santos in 2025.
Plot
In order to infiltrate the FIB Headquarters to wipe KnoWay's stolen personal data from their servers, Avi Schwartzman has the plan of getting the GTA Online Protagonist arrested on purpose by tipping off the feds about them carrying a hacking device.
After collecting the hacking device provided by Avi, the GTA Online Protagonist is arrested by a team of FIB agents and taken to the FIB Headquarters for interrogation. The interrogator spends some time trying to make them talk and, after failing several times, he stops for a break, leaving them in the locked room.
Using a pen and an instruction manual found in the office, the GTA Online Protagonist manages to open the keypad and unlock the door by cutting one of the wires. While heading to the FIB servers to wipe the data, the FIB interrogator is seen talking to someone on the phone. He can either be knocked down or killed by the GTA Online Protagonist in the process.
