The Scamp was a vehicle cut from Grand Theft Auto V. The vehicle was originally planned to appear in Rockstar North's cancelled title Agent. The only remnants of this vehicle are handling files which can be found in the game's internal files.

As seen in its handling data, it was an aircraft with a similar mass to some small aircraft, such as the Duster and Mammatus.

Leftovers of Rockstar North's Agent, including the handling for the Scamp, can be found in the handling files of Max Payne 3 under the "Jimmy vehicles" section (Jimmy being the codename for the Agent game project).^[1]
