The Stanley Fieldmaster is a tractor featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Design
The Fieldmaster's design appears to be mostly inspired by that of the John Deere 7810, though its headlights appear to be influenced by older tractor models, but in a square bulb box slightly similar to the headlights of a 1996 Fendt 926 Vario.
The Fieldmaster appears as a modern iteration of the Tractor, bearing a larger profile and an enclosed design opposed to the Tractor's open design. On the frontal section, there is a narrow nose mounted above the frame chassis, which houses a silver/chrome grille on the front, two open sections on either side and two square headlights beside, while the upper area features a long compartment that opens to reveal the engine bay. Large fenders can be seen attached to the chassis by black frames, while the solid beam axle can be seen below.
On the rear section, the tractor has access steps and handles on either side, while the cabin has black frames, tall doors with small handles and mirrors, and a painted roof. The rear quarters house red square tail lights separated between the outer main units and the inner brake units, while the exhaust pipe can be seen on the right-hand side. The rear end mostly consist of the solid axle and a functional tow hitch, allowing to tow agricultural equipment. The interior of the cabin only has room for the driver and bears the corresponding dashboard and additional electronics above, while the doors have long handles. In the enhanced version, the vehicle uses analog "Truck" dials.
The Fieldmaster is only seen in a primary color applied to most of the body, the front fenders and the roof (alternating between green and red), and uses large yellow industrial wheels similar to the ones used by the Lawn Mower and the Dump, fitted with high-profile tyres with knobby treads.
In the enhanced version, the Fieldmaster shares its horn with the Marquis.
Performance
Despite its heavy weight, the Fieldmaster is moderately good in terms of performance but is not that fast, making it a relatively undesirable vehicle to drive on the roads. It is good at riding in terrain, but not as good as in off-roading. It is not a suitable vehicle for eluding police, and its large, exposed tires makes it vulnerable to a single shot from a firearm. Surprisingly for an utility vehicle, it can handle extremely deep water and will only stop working when submerged deeper than the driver's head.
The Fieldmaster is powered by what looks like a V8 engine based on the cover, but lacks manifolds due to the narrow space of the front nose. It is coupled to a five-speed gearbox and powers the large rear wheels, as well as having a relatively low-revving, diesel-like sound.

Locations
- Commonly found in Blaine County, especially in and around the farms in Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, and the Tongva Valley. Attempting to hijack a Fieldmaster will result in the driver becoming hostile towards the player.
- Parked near the main lifeguard station on Vespucci Beach and near Dr. Friedlander's office, and can also be found driving around on the beach. Only found in the early morning and in the evening. Can have a rake trailer attached to it to loosen up the sand.
- Sometimes seen driving around the Vinewood Racetrack during daytime with a sand rake attached to it.
Prominent Appearances in Gameplay
Grand Theft Auto Online
- Two appear within the O'Neil Brothers' farm lot during the Acid Product steal mission "Grain trailer". The player must steal one of the two Fieldmasters to attach the Graintrailer with the supplies and bring it to Ace Liquor.
- Several Fieldmasters can be seen during the "rabbit hunt" segment of the trip during the First Dose mission "Uncontrolled Substance.

Oversights
- In the enhanced version, the inner handle on the left door is missing. This does not happen with the snowy variant.
- Entering an already-occupied Fieldmaster on Vespucci Beach will cause nearby Lifeguard personnel to become hostile, as if the player is stealing their vehicle. This does not seem to happen with examples generated outside the beach area.
- If the player follows a Fieldmaster with a rake trailer and creates tyre tracks in the sand, the driver will exit and become hostile.

Beta Content

- In the beta, the Fieldmaster had extra lights above its windshield that made it look more like its real life counterpart, as well as some sort of beacon light and a unique tread pattern on the tires. It also had the exhaust stack on the front right quarter cabin instead of on the rear right quarter.[2]
Trivia
- On the first generation consoles, the Fieldmaster used to have the same set of default horns as vehicles such as minivans and compact cars. This has been changed on the newer generations to a single default horn more appropriate for the vehicle's class.
